How DRM Design works
Everything at DRM Design is printed on demand: tees, hoodies, patch hats, drinkware and stickers are made for you when you order. Custom leather patch hats add a free digital proof so you see your logo before production.
How a custom hat order works
- Pick a hat and upload
Choose a hat color and patch shape, then upload your logo (PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF).
- Approve your proof
We lay out your logo on the patch and email a free digital proof. Change it as many times as you need.
- It goes into production
Your logo is printed on the leather patch and the hat is made and shipped by our US print partner.
- It ships
Hats leave production in 3 to 7 business days after approval, then 2 to 5 days in transit.
Frequently asked questions
What does print on demand mean?
Nothing is made until you order it. Each item is printed or embroidered for you by our production partner, then shipped straight to your door. No warehouse, no waste, no minimums.
What are the patches made from?
Durable PU leather (vegan leather), round or rectangle, permanently printed with your logo and heat bonded to the hat. Spot clean only.
What file should I send for my logo?
A vector file (SVG, AI, PDF) prints cleanest. A high-resolution PNG or JPG (at least 1500 px wide) works too. Simple, high-contrast artwork reads best on a small patch; we will tell you if something needs adjusting.
How long will my order take?
Ready-made designs go into production right away: apparel, drinkware and stickers in 2 to 5 business days, hats and beanies in 3 to 7, plus 2 to 5 days in transit. Custom-logo hats start production after you approve your proof.
Can I return a print-on-demand item?
Because every item is made just for you, we cannot take returns for size changes or buyer's remorse, so check the size chart. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, send a photo within 30 days and we replace it free.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One hat or one hundred. Bulk pricing on custom hats starts at 6.
Where are orders made?
Designs are drawn in Waynesburg, Ohio. Production happens at our print partner's US facilities closest to you and ships anywhere in the United States.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup in Waynesburg is available for custom hat orders. Choose it at checkout and we will message you when it is ready.

Shipping ships USPS or UPS from our print partner's US facility closest to you; items in one order may ship separately. Every item is printed on demand, so we cannot accept returns for size or color changes; anything damaged, misprinted or incorrect is replaced free within 30 days of delivery.
